It's not too late to express your interest in volunteering. Opportunities exist in the roles below:
- Volunteer Coordinator will recruit new volunteers and place volunteers on committees as they volunteer to help.
- Decades Chairs/Pledge Class Captains will plan individual events Friday evening, collect photos and mementos from their sisters, and assist in disseminating information.
- Events Committee will split up the following: Friday afternoon events around town (campus/stadium tours, etc.), Saturday brunch at Pi Phi house, informal Alabama Football game watch meet up, Saturday evening event at Indian Hills Country Club. This includes assisting with decor, entertainment, and menu.

COMMUNICATION
The chapter will be using the contact information on file with Pi Beta Phi Headquarters to communicate with all alumnae about this event. To ensure you receive communication, please update/confirm the contact info on your member profile with Pi Beta Phi Headquarters.
1) Visit https://www.pibetaphi.org/
2) Hover over Members Only in the top menu
3) Select Update My Profile.
There are links to set up a profile or reset your password. You can also email webmaster@pibetaphi.org with issues.
Many of our alumnae are coded as "lost" by Headquarters. If a member’s newsletter or dues invoice is returned to a club as undeliverable by the post office, the member is noted as "lost" in the Headquarters database. You can review if you are lost on this spreadsheet. If you are lost, update your contact information by completing this form. Only Headquarters staff can remove a "lost" status. Updating your information through this form allows for HQ staff to remove you from the lost list.
Please review your contact info soon!
